In this Zenis Group review ( zenis.group ) we will show you why this forex broker isn’t trustworthy and how they are scamming people.
Is Zenis Group a scam?
The short answer is yes! The first and most important criteria to check if a broker is scam or legit is to see if they have regulation. Forex brokers are required by law to hold a license in order to operate in European countries, USA, Canada and other countries. Usually, the regulatory license number and information is displayed at the footer of the website, which in case of Zenis Group, there isn’t any license information or is fake.
The second sign is using high pressure selling tactics from boiler rooms. They might promise unrealistic high returns, good bonuses, or get something for nothing without having to work or make any effort.
How do forex brokers like Zenis Group operate?
To keep it brief, forex brokers like Zenis Group get their leads from third party affiliates which are a scam industry on their own. They build websites with celebrities or high return promises to collect your contact information. Once they have your details, they will pass it on to forex brokers like Zenis Group, and their sales team will make their first contact using high pressure selling tactics. Once you make your first deposit, you will be transferred to the retention department and they will try to get as much money as they can from you.
The way they do this is by showing fake profits or making unrealistic promises. They will build a friendly relationship with you and give you a ton of fake reasons why you should increase the deposit. They might even recommend you to get a loan from the bank and invest it in their platform. Whatever they say or do, you should STOP GIVING THEM MORE MONEY! After they realize that you don’t have any more money to give or don’t want to, they will cut ties with you by blocking you from the login page and by not replying to your messages.
How to get your money back from Zenis Group?
The first step in trying to get your money back is to submit a withdrawal request. Although there is an unlikely chance of success with this step, this is something you have to do because you should keep the withdrawal request date and message and the Zenis Group reply as proof. This proof might come in handy in the upcoming fight of getting your money back. Also, submitting a withdrawal request will show their true colors. Some of them will try to convince you that there is no reason to withdraw your money and some might even get angry at you. After this, they will perform one last trick on you, which is called the “paying taxes” scam. They will say you need to pay the capital gain tax before they release your money. This might be tempting for you, but remember that they are scammers and will not release any of your money willingly. At least not without a fight.
Money recovery Steps
The first step in trying to recover your money is to contact your bank and initiate a chargeback. This usually works for payments made with credit cards. Show them the conversations with Zenis Group and how they are not honoring your withdrawal request. You need to act quick on this because the chargebacks are time consuming and there might be a chance that the bank won’t be able to reverse the payment after a certain timeframe.
If you sent them a wire transfer (swift or SEPA payment) the process is a bit more complicated. It is very rare that a bank will reverse a wire transfer but there is always hope. Also, in case that you performed your payment with credit card or wire transfer you can contact us on [email protected]
If you made your payment by crypto currencies, we are sorry to tell you that the chances of recovering your money are very, very slim. Again, depending on certain factors, there might be a chance of even recovering cryptocurrencies, but is next to impossible, but if you want to, you can also email us [email protected] to see what we can do.
Contact the authorities
What Zenis Group is doing is called online fraud and that is a cybercrime. You should report this to relevant authorities in your country. There have been cases before when online fraudsters got arrested and their victims got compensation. But in order for the police and relevant authorities to take it seriously, there have to be enough complaints. So do your part in reporting this crime.

BEWARE! Zenis Group (https://zenis.group/) are SCAMMERS!
I guess I’m one of the first victims of the Zenis Group trading platform.
They have a photo of the certificate issued by the European Financial Commission. In the photo the date of issue of the certificate is 08/22/2024, signed by CEO of FINAEU Andreas Moench. The certificate was probably made in Photoshop, because Andreas Moench was never a CEO of the European Financial Commission.

At first, everything will be fine: after replenishing your account, you will be offered to trade a little, and will even be allowed to withdraw a certain amount to your crypto wallet. But later, when your trading starts to bring profit and you want to withdraw some money, excuses will begin. For the head, you will be told that there are not enough documents for your authentication. But even after you provide all the required documents, you will be denied withdrawal of funds. This time, the reason will be Lack of insurance for your account, and you will receive the following message:
“Dear customer, due to the change in the regulations dated 09.01.2024, every exchange account with a balance exceeding the amount of $ 2500 must be insured. We see that you are showing good financial activity in the market, now you can connect an insurance policy such as Silver Insurance. Silver Insurance type insurance will help protect your account from market divergences,
hacker attacks, and you will also have a segregated account for the security of your funds. To activate the insurance policy, you need to make a payment in the amount of $ 1,500 , from which you will have 5% ( $ 75) deducted to activate the insurance,
and the remaining amount of $ 1,425 will be added to your balance and will be available for trading or withdrawal.
You need to make the payment within 24 hours, otherwise you will be charged a penalty fee of 4.5% of the frozen amount daily. Before paying, write to the support chat. All financial transactions on your account have been suspended for security reasons
until the activation of the Silver Insurance policy.
Sincerely, the support team!”
Until you deposit another $1,500 you won’t be able to withdraw anything!! But rest assured, even if you will add another $1,500 – they’ll find another reason to refuse to withdraw your funds.
It’s a bad broker
Hello! I have exactly the same situation as you! only they asked me for 3,750 dollars so that I could put it on insurance. Now I have money in my account that I cannot use. And they also said that they would charge a commission of 4.5 percent every day. But I won’t just leave it like that, I already wrote to court of the city of New York and I hope that soon, with the help of a lawyer, my money will be returned to me. How did you return your capital?
Hello! I am writing to you regarding a scam ZENIS GROUP. I registered on the platform at the beginning of October, deposited a decent amount and everything was fine, but each time they asked me to add a little. Then some strange actions began, they offered to top up the account and the bonus was 50% of the top-up amount. My funds doubled in one month. And then when they realized that I was no longer going to deposit money into this account, they froze it. And they said that in order to unblock it, I needed to top up the account by 3,750 and they would write off 5 percent from this amount. But the broker has no right to block the account. The most offensive thing is that I myself blindly believed this and the “analyst” was so plausible.
